Draw & Paint Art Supplies is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Order information

We use Shopify and Freshly Commerce to power our online store and we share your personal information with these service providers to help us offer products for sale, process payments and fulfil your orders. Both Shopify and Freshly Commerce are based outside of Australia in Canada. In purchasing products from us, you consent to your personal information being disclosed to overseas recipients and acknowledge that the Australian Privacy Principles relating to overseas disclosure will not apply. Retention

When you place an order through Draw & Paint Art Supplies, we will retain your personal information for our records unless you ask us to erase this information.

Do Not Track

Because there is currently no consistent industry understanding of how to respond to ‘Do Not Track’ signals, we do not alter our data collection and usage practices when we detect such a signal from your browser.
