Returns and refunds

If you’re looking to return or exchange a product, please contact us at sales@drawandpaint.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order.
Reasons for returning a product
You can return your product for an exchange or a refund if it:
- has a fault that you didn’t know about when you bought it
- doesn’t do the job you were led to believe it would, or
- is significantly different from the description on our website.
Conditions
There are a few conditions to our returns policy.
- Items must be returned in original condition.
- You’ll need to provide a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase.
- A returned product that was discounted at the time of purchase can only be replaced with an identical product or refunded for the discount price.
- Finding a product for a cheaper price elsewhere or change of mind are not a reasons for a request of refund.
- Gift cards cannot be refunded.
How refunds are processed
All refunds are credited back to the account of your original payment method (for example, if you made the purchase using a credit card, the refund is issued back to that same credit card). Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
If you're not able to access the original payment method, you'll need to contact your bank or credit card company directly to claim your funds after the refund is sent.
