This website is operated by Draw & Paint Art Supplies, owned by Lavender Art Studios Pty Ltd (ABN 91 753 958 229). Our online store is hosted through the use of third-party providers Shopify Inc. and Freshly Commerce Inc. which provide the e-commerce platforms that allows us to sell our products to you.
Use of this site is subject to all terms, conditions and policies stated here and any breach may result in termination of our services to you. We reserve the right to update any part of these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
Your continued use of or access to our website following the posting of any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our location
While this website may be accessed throughout Australia and the world, currently we only offer products through a click and collect service from our location in Phillip, Australian Capital Territory, Australia and shipping to Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. We make no offer to ship products to any other location at this time.
Pricing
Prices for the products we sell are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. These prices are subject to change without notice.
Colours and product descriptions
We have made every effort to display the colours and images of the products we sell as accurately as possible but we can’t guarantee that your screen’s display of any colour will be accurate.
All descriptions of products may change at any time without notice.
Product availability
Some products may have limited available stock and we reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
If we need to change or cancel an order, we’ll first try to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address or phone number provided at the time the order was made. Changes or cancellations to orders are subject to our returns and refunds policy.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Product safety
We always endeavour to source quality products from reputable brands. However, some products may cause injury or harm if used incorrectly.
If you have concerns regarding the use of a product you intend to purchase, please research the safety of the product through the brand or maker of the item. If you have a medical condition and are concerned about using any art materials, please consult your medical practitioner prior to purchase.
No responsibility is taken by Draw & Paint Art Supplies for items purchased that cause injury or harm to the user.
